What is PlaNet Academy MedTug?
PlaNet Academy MedTug is the corporate training platform aimed at making all personnel aware of the basic principles of energy efficiency, MedTug’s energy objectives, and their daily role in contributing to the improvement of corporate energy performance. The training is linked to the definition and application of MedTug's Energy Management System according to the ISO 50001 standard.
On PlaNet Academy MedTug it is possible to get information and learn in an interactive and fun way, together with colleagues. Through the activities and modules, participants earn points, useful for climbing the rankings and challenging other people who take part in PlaNet.

Completing modules and activities
Each module addresses a different topic and consists of several activities.
In the first ones, participants are asked to read a text and then answer quiz questions. In the last activity, however, it is necessary to perform a practical action, which may consist of uploading an image, taking a photo, or writing a comment.
Once a participant has completed the practical activity of the module, the contribution is verified and in the following days, it is communicated whether the activity was completed successfully or whether it needs to be done again. After all, sustainability is not always a walk in the park!
Photo sharing Flag
In practical activities, when uploading an image or video, participants are asked whether or not to allow the sharing of the image. By giving consent, they accept that the uploaded image may be used for newsletters or internal news dedicated to the training path carried out on the platform.
Consent is optional, aimed at sharing the best activities, carried out by those who are most committed and find creative solutions.
Image size and text length
In activities where it is required to upload an image, the maximum size allowed is 8 Mb, in .jpeg and .png formats.
In activities where it is required to enter a text comment, the maximum character limit allowed is 1024.

For each successfully completed activity, participants receive points, which are of two types:
PlaNet Point
These are the points used for the ranking. The more PlaNet Points obtained, the more it is possible to challenge colleagues and win the ranking.
ECOin
These are the points that can be used to support one of the certified projects present in the ECOshop section.
Activity Approval
Every time a quiz is completed, the result is immediately received with an indication of how many points have been earned. Furthermore, in case of error, it is possible to discover the correct answer.
Practical activities, on the other hand, are approved or rejected by the PlaNet community managers, who check the performance of the activities and whether they correspond to what is requested. Approval or rejection of the activity can occur up to 5 days after its completion.
While waiting for approval, participants can still continue to participate and climb the ranking by completing other modules and activities!

The Ranking
By earning PlaNet Points, people participating in PlaNet compete in climbing the ranking.
In the event of a tie, the number of completed activities and the speed of completing the modules and activities are taken into consideration.
Duration
The ranking remains open for the entire duration of the challenge. Once closed, it is no longer possible to participate in activities or influence the scores, and the winner is decreed.

The Prizes
The ranking prizes will offer the opportunity to purchase Make You Greener products, whose mission is to raise awareness and spread a more sustainable lifestyle, in which everyone is consciously "ecologist", with their own products.

Vouchers to spend on the entire Make You Greener catalog, which includes body care products such as creams, shampoos, beard trimming kits and home products, such as candles, detergents and kitchen accessories.
2° place
Gift card - 30€

By completing activities and modules, participants receive ECOins, which can be used to support the certified projects present in the ECOshop.

3. Complete the flow. The corresponding ECOins will be deducted;
4. Receive confirmation of the operation via email.
